How can your sales be tracked? 

A handy dashboard is available in the web version of your Flowwow Seller personal section. It displays trends, the median value of orders, and conversion rate. All the data is accessible for any time period and is presented in an understandable and straightforward form. Additionally, the Flowwow Seller mobile app's ‘Progress’ feature allows you to examine your statistics. 

There are not enough orders coming in. What can I do? 

Step 1: Ensure that your assortment is suitable for Flowwow 

Flowwow is mostly a marketplace for gifts. As a result, the most popular categories are jewellery, cakes and pastries, potted plants, gift sets, and floral arrangements. Since Flowwow has a unique selling proposition, you should consider it while creating your assortment matrix. Rather of selling some things separately, it could be more profitable to package them into gift boxes. For instance, you may make a box with tea or coffee and ginger cookies.

Step 2.  Enhance your shopfront and product cards. 

✅ Check how many things are currently available on your storefront. Ten products are enough to pass moderation, but not enough to provide major profit. List a minimum of 15 products, then progressively increase the variety of your offerings.

✅ Ensure that your product cards are visually appealing:

  1. Include more high-quality product images and videos captured from different perspectives. The first picture must show everything. About 70% of the frame must be occupied by the object in the main photo.
  2. Ensure that the product card's item description answers the following questions: What occasions is this item meant for? / How big is this dessert? / etc.
  3. Don't forget to provide the item's dimensions and composition.
  4. Is there a catchy name for your product? It's unlikely that ‘Kids' cake #1’ and ‘Kids' cake #2’ are the greatest names. Here are a few examples of good item names: ‘Meringue red velvet roll’, ‘Strawberry Bento Cake’, ‘Caramel Cappuccino Roses’, ‘Melting Hearts — Wax Melts and Wax Holder’.
  5. Ensure that your prices are reasonable for the category.

✅ Improve products on your shopfront: 

  1. Сheck which of your products customers may see first. Put your best-selling items at the top of your shopfront by using the ‘Top 18’ feature. These will be the first things that customers see.

Step 3. Brand appearance and shop reputation

✅ Check the description of your store. It needs to be memorable.

✅ If you don’t have a logo, create it. You can use internet services (neural networks) like Canva, Looka, and Logoai, or you can pay a graphic designer to accomplish this. 

✅ Shop reviews and ratings:

  1. Customer reviews and ratings are used to determine shop ratings. Every consumer review on Flowwow is authentic. Manipulation of ratings is not tolerated. Since we don't remove customer reviews, we strongly advise you to careful and take extra effort to keep your shop's rating high.
  2. However, keep in mind that every order could result in positive feedback and a high rating, which helps to guarantee that your store ranks higher in the search results. Therefore, take every opportunity to request that customers write a review regarding their purchase.

Step 4. Check your delivery zone settings.

✅ Set up to 7 zones and consider providing free delivery in the zone nearest your store. Flowwow users are unlikely to order from a seller that charges more than usual for delivery.

  1. Please be aware that only orders placed within your chosen delivery zones will be offered to you. The estimated delivery time seen by customers is calculated as follows: Item Production Time + Delivery Time you set in your delivery zone settings.
  2. We recommend setting up more delivery zones to ensure nearby customers see a 30-minute delivery time instead of 60. If the address is just next door, you can confidently promise delivery within 30 minutes rather than an hour.

Step 5. Use all the available Flowwow marketing tools.

✅ Cashback, bonus points, and discounts:

  1. On Flowwow, discounted products are marked with a ‘%’ label, allowing customers to filter by discount percentage. Increasing your discount rate boosts your shop’s visibility in search results when customers sort by discounts. Additionally, offering higher cashback rewards can attract repeat buyers who frequently redeem their bonus points.
  2. Use discounts wisely. Overuse can lead to customers only purchasing discounted items, impacting your overall revenue.
  3. Here is a life hack: apply discounts to high-demand products or strategically lower prices on items you want to promote.
