Joining the programme is free and happens automatically when you activate your shop. Every month, your store’s performance is reviewed to ensure it meets the required standards to keep the badge,
The 3 key factors for Supershop success
To achieve Supershop success, there are 3 pillars that you should focus on:
- Orders: Achieve a minimum of 10 completed orders with the ‘Delivered’ status.
- Shop rating: Maintain a strong average rating of at least 4.8 stars. Keep in mind that cancelled orders will contribute a 1-star rating, affecting the overall average.
- Order cancellations: Ensure your cancellation rate remains under 10% (fewer than 3 cancellations) for the last month orders. Cancellations are counted when you decide not to fulfil an order. For more information on cancellation fees, refer to clause 6.5 in our Terms of Use.

Penalty system
One of the most frequently asked questions about the programme is, ‘If I receive the ‘Supershop’ status, will the cancellation penalty be higher than for a regular shop?’ The answer is no – since May 2024, cancellation fines are the same for both ‘Supershops’ and regular stores. The penalty amounts are as follows:
- For an order in ‘New’ status: 100% of the Flowwow commission
- For an order in ‘Accepted’ status: 150% of the Flowwow commission
- The first cancellation each month is penalty-free
