будьте осторожны❗️этот магазин обманывает клиентов! удалили мой предыдущий отзыв❗️поменяли название сайта❗️чтобы избежать плохих отзывов и не портить свою репутацию. прислали букет искусственный вместо натурального с запахом обработки, на мои жалобы и претензии обещают сделать возврат, но уже четвертей день морочат голову и мне и получателю. качество сервиса на нулевом уровне, а цены неоправданно завышены, открытки пишут от руки корявым непонятным почерком👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 порекомендовали открыть спор, чтобы решить вопрос, я открыла, но на него никто не отреагировал и через день его удалили, поэтому открываю новый спор, наплевательское недостойное отношение к клиентам‼️ через 5 дней розы изменились, в плохом состоянии, хотя обещают что они стоят более года!!!! будьте аккуратны!
