WowPass is Flowwow’s loyalty programme for both customers and partners. Customers can redeem their bonuses or use a promo code in shops that participate in the WowPass programme. Any shop can become a member by increasing its fee in accordance with the tariff scale.
By joining WowPass and increasing your fee, you attract customers who are looking for discounts. Since not all shops in your area participate in the programme, competition among sellers is reduced, boosting your chances of receiving additional orders. The fee in the WowPass programme is calculated based on the total order value, regardless of whether the customer applies a discount. By joining WowPass, you have control over your fee amount – one of the factors that impact your shop’s and your items’ ranking in search results on the Flowwow website and app.

How to Join the WowPass Programme
You can activate the WowPass programme in the web version of your Personal Area by selecting ‘Progress’ from the menu. There, you can also adjust the percentage of bonuses that customers receive for purchases in your shop.
Alternatively, you can also join WowPass in the app. Simply go to the ‘Progress’ section, open the ‘WowPass and bonuses’ tab, and move the slider so that it turns green.
*For most countries, the WowPass programme is automatically enabled for shops in the ‘Flowers’ category. To check if it’s activated for you, please refer to the relevant tariff scale or contact us via the Support Chat.
