Client Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All refunds are reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis, but the following outlines our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth process should a refund be deemed necessary.

Cancelling Orders before Delivery

If you need to cancel your order, please immediately click ‘cancel order’ in your account.

We will be able to offer a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • We cannot cancel an order that has already been delivered;
  • If your order is already on board with the courier, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of delivery so that we can reimburse the Seller’s courier costs.

After the Order is Delivered

Due to the perishability of some of our items (including flowers, floral arrangements, plants, cakes, and desserts), time is of the essence in establishing what may have gone wrong. Therefore, you need to leave a review and start a Dispute in your account within 72 hours of delivery if you have any cause for concern regarding the quality or condition of the items received. This allows us to identify the potential issue and assess the possibility of offering a replacement or a refund.

After you open a Dispute, you will be asked to provide a photo of the item so that we can assess what might have gone wrong.

If it turns out that the items sent out were incorrect or of poor quality, the Seller will offer a replacement or monetary compensation. Each Dispute is decided on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined in the Dispute process that the Seller is at fault, the Seller will bear the cost of re-delivery.

If the flowers have not been correctly cared for after delivery (stems cut, water regularly topped up and flower food added if needed, stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight or air-conditioning), we will be unable to provide a refund.

Refund Processing

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank card (or original payment method) within three (3) business days. The refund period depends on the Policy of your bank card issuer. Usually, this period does not exceed two banking days. You can check with your Bank for exact information on the refund period.
