The card payment isn't working. What should I do?
A Payment may fail for various reasons. If your bank declines the payment
  • Try changing the currency in the top right corner of the screen or your mobile app account.
  • Double-check that the details you entered are correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
  • If the above methods don't work, try using a different card or contact your bank's customer support.

You can also easily and conveniently pay for your order in the Flowwow mobile app using available mobile payment methods: bank card, Apple Pay / Google Pay (if applicable in your region).

If you have sufficient funds on your card, the data is entered correctly, there are no technical issues on the bank's side, and the payment still fails, please contact the Support chat in the Flowwow app.
