About Flowwow

Hello, this is Flowwow!

We are an international marketplace for local shops and brands. We create a convenient service that allows people from anywhere in the world to send gifts to friends and loved ones in the UK and other countries. You can order fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and unique gifts online on our website or mobile app, with delivery to over 1,000 cities worldwide.

Our Story

The idea for the company emerged back in 2014. Our founders were inspired to create a service for ordering flowers online from local florists. They wanted to ensure that every seller could freely develop their business on the platform, offering their unique range, managing prices and delivery times independently, and opening or closing their shop as needed.

On the other hand, our company set clear parameters and rules to protect customer rights. Sellers are required to specify the exact size of bouquets and the number of flowers in each arrangement in the product description, accept orders and confirm availability promptly, and send a photo of the assembled bouquet to the customer before delivery for approval, allowing changes or cancellations without stress or hassle.

Over time, Flowwow expanded its product range: in addition to flowers, shops began offering cakes and desserts, houseplants, soft toys, and other items we often choose as gifts for our loved ones.

Since 2022, Flowwow has been actively entering the British market. We personally met with local florists, confectioners, and artisans. In 2 years, we’ve attracted over 100 shops in London, Birmingham, York, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, and other UK cities.

In 2024, our platform has 15,000 registered sellers in over 30 countries. The platform processes around 7,000 orders daily: people use our service to delight their friends and family in London, Madrid, São Paulo, Dubai, and other cities worldwide.

Our sellers set their prices, work according to their personally established schedules, fully manage their catalogue, voluntarily participate in our WowPass loyalty programme, and determine the cashback amount for customers.

We are responsible for ensuring compliance with platform rules and maintaining high service standards.

Our Service and Care for Customers

We earn customer trust with each successfully completed order. This is why they return to us again and again:

  • Order Photo Before Delivery

We ensure that every customer receives exactly what they see in the catalogue. Before handing over the completed order to the courier, the seller sends a photo of the bouquet or cake to the customer in the chat. The customer can quickly and easily review the order and make changes within 15 minutes.

  • Transparent Shop Ratings

You can’t buy your way to the top of our listings: the shops you see first in the catalogue have the highest ratings. Customers and recipients rate the shop and leave reviews, which form the basis of the rating.

  • Customer Protection

If a product disappoints you, you can easily open a dispute with the seller. Simply visit our platform and give the order a low rating: you will be offered to initiate a dispute. Independent experts will help clarify the situation and reach a resolution, allowing you to get a full refund: for example, you can get reimbursed for the bouquet you purchased if the flowers were not fresh.
