Their courier delivered flowers to the wrong apartment without asking the name of the recipient. Then, I had to spend 1 hour arguing with the shop because of the refund: the shop didn't want to issue a refund insisting that the delivery was made correctly and recipient should go to the neighbor (completely unknown person in the aparthotel building) to take the flowers. Refund has been issued after all, but such level of service is unacceptable for that money.
