What is a dispute?
A dispute is a client's claim for compensation, where you can argue your point of view on the situation that has arisen. If the rating is below 2, the client is invited to file a dispute with the executing store to resolve all issues. The client initially chooses the desired solution to the dispute. If you agree with it, the dispute is considered closed. If you do not agree with the client's wishes, the dispute will continue in the chat format. Flowwow is only present as an arbiter. If the fulfillment store does not respond to the customer's messages within 3 days, Flowwow automatically closes the dispute in favor of the customer. If there is no response from the client within 72 hours, the dispute is resolved on the side of Flowwow.

If there is a mutual agreement between the client and the store, the dispute is closed, the client clicks on the "End dispute" button. If an agreement cannot be reached by the customer and the store, Flowwow accepts responsibility for the resolution of the dispute. A dispute is the only way for the client to get compensation for the order. You can jump into a dispute using the link sent to you in the chat by the Flowwow Robot or in the app in the "Chats" section.

Possible options for resolving the dispute:
1. Replacement of goods
2. A compliment from the store
3. Promo code from Flowwow or the store
4. Partial or full refund. It is carried out from the amount paid by the client.
