I ordered 3 personalised helium balloons for my daughter's wedding. A day before wedding I received a message from "sweet balloons" that the printing machine is out of order. I asked them to organize the balloons from another supplier. They agreed and delivered the balloons on a wedding day just at the moment we had to leave the house. It was a bit stressful but the balloons were really amazing. Many thanks!
