I ordered flowers for the particular date, the recipient would have to choose time for delivery. But the choice of time ranges was provided only for the next day from the target one. The shop didn’t aware me that the target day was not available; but okay. Then, they didn’t send me a photo of the ready flowers explaining it with “we don’t have time”. Then, they delivered it with more the almost two hours delay. The gift I ordered became a problem for both the recipient and me.
