Delivery was too late, which made the girl late for the holiday concert. And still not delivered in person in her hands, delivery left the bouquet on the street under the door at cold +2 C. The manager in the chat room lied that they will deliver it the next day (or evening) in person. Instead, the girl just found the bouquet under the door. Bad service. Girl was happy to get gift, but was confused trying to solve problems of delivery. I feel “my bad”. Not comfortable experience
